I Have Psychic Abilities?

I just wanted to share my story to you. I don't know what to do I was just trying to sleep but than I felt something really strange. Like something was near me, watching me. I started to get scared but I wasn't hiding. I looked around but didn't saw anything, I laid down and closed my eyes again but that feeling wasn't letting me sleep. I opened my eyes and saw something bright white standing above my head and watching me. For first I was just staring at her but than I started to slowly get up and I was getting really scared. I somehow knew it was middle aged woman. I closed my eyes again and hope she would disappear but she was just standing there and watching me. I ran out of the room and told my mom everything but she just said that I'm being silly. But I think it wasn't first time because my mom was telling me stories about me talking to my imaginary friend or my toys. After that I have seen or had contact with spirit about 5 or 6 times. I also hear some whispers, loud breathing, laughing (only 2 times), and music out of nowhere (only 2 times). I won't talk about movements at the corner of my eyes and feeling that someone is near when I'm the only one in the room. Its happening too many times like 2-3 times at week. I don't only feel spirits, I also feel peoples energy. I just know what people feel of what is because of their mood. For example I saw a boy and just somehow knew that girl that he likes likes him back

Today I saw woman and just knew that she was going home because his husband was sick. And its almost impossible to lie to me. And I when I meet new people I just know their true face and if I should trust them.

I also have "gut feelings". I also feel that something is going to happen. Like Jessy will call me now and in few minutes she called. Or someone called my sister and I just knew that it was my grandma wanting to talk to me because I wasn't answering my phone. I also predicted future few times for example Yesterday night when I was going to sleep I heard women screaming in pain in my head and I new something bad is going to happen. Now I heard the news that on the street where my grandma is leaving was killed a man. I new something like that would happen and I think I heard his mother screaming in the pain of loosing her child.

Or today I was sitting at the table and image fleshed in my mind that in front of me was plate with cake. And than in few second my dad said that he is going to buy a cake this evening. There are also many things and you can ask me whatever to make sure. Just tell me does that means that I'm psychic? Thank you and I would like you to help me with anything.
