Am I Part Angel Or Psychic Or What?

I've been going through having visions or something of that nature since around October and it seems to be getting more complicated the more I search for answers. I get visions and they can be very helpful visions or very useless visions. I don't know how I can control them to actually help someone. By some I was told I'm a nephilim otherwise known as part angel, and I can honestly say I'm still skeptical about that, because I don't have wings, although that would be pretty awesome. But I do dream sometimes of god and angels and I have dreams of flying an I have wings in them, big, white wings. The visions that I keep getting are of someone I refer to as black hoodie that has yet to reveal himself. Or at least I think it's a guy, but he always has this syringe in his hand and that honestly scares me, because if this vision comes true then he's a bad guy and a stalker. Another vision I have is of someone called Ben Lancaster and I get those frequently as well. I just always thought they were dreams until they come true and it feels like oh this happened before. If anyone else thinks they're a nephilim or an angel I'd love to hear what you think about all of this stuff going on with me, because I don't just have visions, but it's sometimes like I can communicate with animals like an animal whisperer and I've always been really good with animals and all of that. Another thing I can do is hear thoughts which I'll admit not as awesome as it sounds. It gives me super bad headaches. I'm still working on how to control all of these abilities that I'm pretty much stuck with, but they just started appearing or so I think, but maybe they've been around longer than I thought. In supernatural the show angels have really good memory, and I do as well, so there's that. I always wondered about why I could do some of the things I can, and if anyone knows answers would be really great. I also heard that people can unlock abilities if they're nephilim or angels as they become more spiritual, but I'm not sure if that's true. Much appreciated to all in advance. Thanks for the help.
