Are This Psychic Abilities?

I'm Vernon and I am 16 years old. I am experiencing weird experiences since I was young. When I was 7 years old I often dreamed about monsters chasing me, then I had a nightmare about a dark room then a hand is pulling me through the floor, when I sink to the floor, my right hand is only at the surface after that I woke up. Also I always feel that the wind is following me. I always hear a high frequency sound coming from nowhere before I go to sleep. I often feel like there is electricity flowing in my body. Sometimes I feel cold. When I was 2nd year high school I always take pictures. When I take a picture of a mango tree, after it got saved in my phone I saw a woman looking at me. Even now I always hear high frequency sound, but now before I go to sleep I feel someone is poking me. I can't even sleep early because of this feeling. I also often feel someone is very familiar to me even I only saw him that day. Now I'm 1st year college, I met a man that is psychic, medium and a fortune teller. He told me that I have a talisman attached inside my body. Also when I was on a jeep I felt like I'm in a trance mode then a flute music entered my mind then I dreamed about like I'm in a forest my mind saw a big tree. I followed the flute sound then I saw a blue skinned man playing flute. When the jeep stopped the trance suddenly stopped. I always feel connected in air and nature. I always love magic, psychic and other paranormal. I always feel invisible to others. They can't even notice me, they only notice me if I touch them. They also notice me if they only need something from me. I feel like an outcast in my class. Please can someone explain this to me. I will appreciate all your comments. Thank you
