I'm 20 years old now but I started experiencing things since I was 15. Before I become 15 I never believed in anything like this but it all started when I experienced living in a haunted house so I started to experience some paranormal stuff there in that house. When that happened it made me to believe that many things exist but can't be seen by eyes.
After believing in that I got some new abilities, first it started as I could feel if a certain person going to call me or text me on the phone. Then the next thing was that I start to think about something and then few minutes later it happens. Then I start to sleep and dream and the things I saw in my dream happens in real life. I also can feel what the person is thinking about or how they feel about something even if they are acting different and also I know what they going to say to me out loud before they even speak. And recently I just met a person without knowing them at all and then I just think that the person is a thief and then after 1 week I knew I was right. Another strange thing also happened to me before when I was sleeping I felt really intense vibration on my body and I could hear buzzing noise.
One of my friends who has knowledge about this stuff recently told me that there is something around me or with me that he doesn't know what it is, most of my family members got this thing that I'm describing here but I want to know more that what it is.
I would like to be able to control my ability cause I can't control it it just happens randomly and also I like to practice to improve it.
Meditate. Experiment with various techniques until you find one that feels right for you. Keep a healthy diet. Remember, there is no right way or wrong way to perform meditation. It is only important that you are able to relax and focus your mind. If you continue the practice of meditation for any length of time, you will begin to notice the existence of your own spiritual energy.
Pay attention to random thoughts and feelings. Keep a journal handy at all times and try to write down those thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere. You may notice after a while that patterns tend to emerge. Record your dreams in your journal. If you have been following the awareness exercise outlined above you will have noticed that your dreams are much easier to recall. Allowing yourself a few minutes to be still upon waking makes it much easier to remember dreams with more detail than if you rush out of bed in the morning and hurry to start the day.
Listening to your inner voice and letting it guide you is also helpful. Sometimes we have this voice speaking through our thoughts letting us know whether something is good or bad. Usually we dismiss it only to discover of we had listened we would have made a better decision. I believe this is our spirit guide. Its a powerful tool if we listen to it.
