Young, And Alarmed By This New Discovery

I don't really know how this site works just yet, but let me start by saying I'm an 18 year old girl born and raised in the US. As the title states, I'm seeking advice. I just recently discovered I can sense spirits. I can feel them and often I can feel them touch me. Luckily, my dad and grandma also have this "gift" per say. And they're both very good guides but I'm just looking for different experiences. For any of you who have this gift or even a more advanced gift you know that finding things out like this can be alarming. Especially when you're 18. Not only are you battling the world of high school but you're also just getting your feet wet in life, so discovering a supernatural/psychic gift at this point in your life isn't exactly cake icing, haha. Anyway, I recently went to an interactive ghost walk and I felt overwhelmed with the amount of spirit activity there! It was a very new experience and I felt like I was wearing a wool blanket! This lifestyle is all so new to me, I don't completely understand and we all know along with the good comes the bad. I can also sense bad spirits and D... I prefer not to type that word, I also recently learned that I had an attachment. A not so nice attachment. It's just very hard for me to adapt to this lifestyle. I also have premonitions (I hope I spelled that right) I predicted my dog getting hit by a car (he's okay though!), I predicted my snake (I breed snakes as a hobby!) having 5 golden eggs (which meant they were bad because when snake eggs are bad they're a yellow/gold color) I have a lot more but it's 6:30 a.m and I'm tired haha. I also just realized I have a few psychic abilities, and as of right now I can't really watch movies because I always ruin the ending. But anyway, I know for the past few minutes I've just been ranting on and on but I had 200+ characters left and I had to find something to talk about (: Thanks for your help and I hope I'm able to help you guys too!
