I Heard Someone's Thoughts in my Head

Last night was my first experience with this. My boyfriend is an Empath and capable of telepathy. He and I were chatting when he pointed out I had answered a question he never spoke. I freaked out. I couldn't understand why I heard it when he told me he hadn't finished it. Especially when I told him I didn't hear him start to say it. Later he told me he meant for it to happen to test my ability.

I saw this is a story from 2008. Back than I didn't think of such things, not too seriously. Maybe it happened to me to read someone's thoughts or hear them, but I cannot recall any specific time.
My story starts in 2010-2011 with the suspicion that this is possible, other people do it (and hide it because they do it for mean reasons), teach other people to do it and also believe in this as I believe in air.
Today it seems almost a truism. Indeed, there are people that can do it and teach others to do it, even more things and most of them are not nice people nor their intent is ever a right one.
I have also learned that is a phenomena too, not only a result of someone's action. That "this just happened", meaning you didn't have the intention to read/hear someone's thoughts is part of a larger phenomena that people all around started to experience it.
The good part is that the more we are of it as a phenomena the more our body will learn how to use it. When we are going to be in good or perfect tune with our inner being, the psychic, the soul or however you want to name it, a specialized immune system will develop and will identify everything that is not ours as a potential threat and will aim to destroy it.
This Darwinian evolution at a very different scale.
This assumes, as a foundation for the process, that we have to take ourselves into ownership, to understand that we are owned only by ourselves.
Also, basically we have an inner sense of hearing, smelling and so on; thus we have some inner organs, different from the material ones (body). We have an inner being that we have to develop, as we developed from babies to adults, and that being once reaching maturity it will have all the defense mechanism necessary to fight whatever intrusion, just like the physical body does.

Also I had not been 420 in a good year. So I don't think it had anything to do with that. Now that it has happened I can't stop it. It is sometimes overwelming and scary because I hear neg along with positive. I would not mind if it were all good. I ignore it mostly, but I would love to hear any feed back thanks so much.

Wow... Today I wanted to google this subject because I have been having this problem since I turned 28. It has caused me to stop all bullcrap I was doing during life and live as if God intended. I have never tried hard drugs but at that time I was 420 friendly. About 4 months ago I recently had this experience and it got so bad in a total of 4-7 days that I thought my time had come. It scared me very badly. I googled my symptoms and phsizophrenia was what I thought might be the case until I finally asked someone if the thoughts I heard were what they where thinking and they assured me it was their thoughts. I have always been leary about the phsychic things. My mother had dreams that would become real or signified future issues that came true. She eventually passed so I put all that behind me. Thank you for this forum it has helped me understand. I tried listening to some of the things but It tended to get worst. I still have this issue. Please let me know any more details you guys possibly can so I can get correct help with what is going on.

That's cool. You guys can read miiiinnddss. Increasingly, when I'm relaxed (like before I go to sleep) I'll hear voices - usually my family talking, like my brothers, but inside my head, and when everyone else is almost certainly asleep. Sometimes I remember what they say, sometimes not. That's as close as I get:) Consider yourself lucky you have that kind of ability, Danae.

Well, to be honest I was a little embaressed when I found out that she hadn't actually said anything and that I heard what she was thinking, but afterwards like now for example I think it's pretty cool and would like to learn more about it, so that I could maybe do it again, only on purpose this time.

This has happened to me before. I was working as a hostest in a restaurant. Two people came to the podium, I asked if it was just the two of them she said yes and I bent down to get menus and silverware for the couple. The couple was completely out of my sight, considering that I was down behind the podium. I heard the lady say "desert" I stood up abrubtly and asked desert menu?. She looked puzzled smiled and said shook her head yes. I quickly switched the menus and when I stood back up she asked me how I knew she wanted desert menus. I told her that I heard her say it. She told me that she hadn't said a word and her boyfriend confirmed that, she said that she had been thinking it and was going to ask her waitress for it. So what I thought I HEARD I apparently hadn't. So I think this is the same as your story 😊

Just the other day I had a battle with the minds of others. I try not to think of others in this fashion when I am in the stores. Well we all meet our match and I sure did with this one guy. It was like argueing with your mouth, only mind to mind actually was different. Finally he blocked me and that was the end of it.

That's crazy, cool though... That's not something I've ever experienced... I'm more of an empath, and a precog but that's a whole other can of worms... All I know is I wouldn't want anyone to be able to hear my incoherent thoughts process. I barely know what the hell I'm thinking myself, let alone a gifted stranger wondering how to make sense of the intangable abstract train of thought that ran through my brain. Well I hope its entertaining at least.

something really close to this happened to me once, I was at school and the teacher was a reeeeaaaaal jerk-off, obviously I was'nt his "favorite" student, he was grading tests I started to walk up to his desk to ask a simple question, cause I was'nt paying attention 😳 and all of a sudden he glares at me and I'm half way across the room and I hear his voice say "OH GOD! WHAT THE HELLLLL DOES SHE WANT NOW?!" so I keep walking towards his desk and I say "Damn Mr. J I just wanted to ask a question..." "Don't use that tone of voice with me, or I'll call your parents!" as I walked away he started thinking about his wife's age for some reason 😕 and I call back and say "Mr.Johnson, I thought she was 34 not 24, sorry" 🤔 he stared at me like I was insane, he held me after class and tryed to innterogate me... (not very good at it btw)

and as I walk after the class this group of girls look at me insane, they had had the class with me when I read the dude's thoughts, and one of them were thinking somthing very dirty I'm not going to repeat...

same thing has happened to me. I work at a pizza shop taking orders and I hear poeples names before they say them.

It's the perfect time to post it when you are highly stressed, then the matter of the issue presents itself more clearly, use it to your advantage, don't fear it.

im acually scared to post of up something I had experince becouse its been happening a lot lately.

Frequently (throughout the day) I'll say the same thing at the same time as another person and sometimes we'll even do the same motions or hand gestures while we're saying the same thing! Sometimes I hear what someone's going to say before they say it. Sometimes I just look at someone and know what they are thinking about without hearing it. I'm also highly empathic. Most people who are telepathic are also empathic. You probably are too. It gets confusing sometimes because a lot of times I'll be feeling fine and then I'll start feeling insane over something (but it will be something to do with me not someone elses problem). Then I'll walk into the next room and someone will be feeling the same exact thing and even saying some of the exact things that I was thinking, only they are going on about a different problem, so it's like I'm feeling their crap and then putting my own problem into it, but it's always a problem of mine that sort of goes along with theirs... I don't know if that makes sense. Lol:)

My cousin and I had a whole conversation in our heads... But we had eye contact at the time... But sometimes it seems like people think too loud... And you can hear it. Sometimes I can sit here and think hard enough at my husband and he'll ask me what I said. There's all kinds of reasons why things happen.

Hello! I have been studying much of what many of you have experimented, and I know that these are very VALID experiments.
I woauld like to clarify that what you are
hearing, WITH YOUR INNER SENSE OF HEARING, are PSYCHIC voices! That means that you are being contacted by the psychic world!
You are not having a look at someone else's
mind on your own: The psyche of the other person is bringing you his/her thoughts.
It seems to me that this man's psyche and yours instantly "liked" each other, which might mean that your psyche was on an EXACT wave-length with this man's psyche, and therefore you received his thoughts.
To all those who are "hearing" voices: There are no other voices but "Psychic" voices. Also, some of you might not know that the PSYCHE is the SOUL, or the SPIRIT, and even GHOSTS fall under this category!
If your psychic centers are open (and many people are open today, some were opened because of the taking of drugs and that includes prescription drugs, others were opened because of having meditated (as I have) others have ALWAYS been open, but in general, because of the times we live in, many people are open to the psyche but not ALL know of this!
Once it is known that a person is OPEN, and the psychic world knows this quickly, psyches would like to communicate with you, and there are souls which will molest right away if you are not willing to do this. MIND MOLESTATION is one of the cruelest ways of harming someone, because one is robbed of one's mental facilities and without these no-one can function!

I once was studying history and wrote about Julius Caesar and made a spelling mistake. I remember this so well since I hardly ever did this then! I was upset, to say the least! The psychic world had been spelling with me, and only a few psyches can spell in English! They had been taking over my thinking, MY MIND, and since they couldn't spell, I couldn't spell! The spelling mistake would never have happened if my thoughts hadn't been interfered with! Thank God that I am reading a lot! Words are looked at so many hours a day and are constantly brought back to memory! I pity young psychics who have given up reading!
If they are writing in the presence of souls which cannot spell, they are in an awful lot of trouble since they do not recognize their spelling mistakes. When large groups of souls move into our thinking, they can BLOCK all our thoughts and we are being hypnotized to think as they do, whatever that might be!
It depends on how FAR open a person is to the psyche. I am WIDE open, having been a healer for many years, ALWAYS surrounded by a lot of ENERGY, and I have to ALWAYS be on my guard! I have been molested in many ways, often having had ENERGY moved into arms, legs, feet, hands, EYES and EARS, and have managed to survive many a psychic attack but the very worst is the ATTACKING of one's MIND! A young psychic should ALWAYS be on the ALERT with regard to "hearing" voices and right away stop
listening! Only when he/she can identify a voice, or when he/she feels GOOD about the contact, because one's OWN soul tries to contact one too, one should carefully listen. A person should PRAY! And really pray for protection, not just mumbling prayer words!

this has happened to me too. I heard thoughts when I was in school in R.E (very ironic!) and suddenly I could hear what someone was thinking next door
"i hate these stupid kids! WHY DID I HAVE TO BECOME A TEACHER!?"
it was kind of freaky cause I normally feel things instead like if someones angry.
by the way if your an empath in school where a turkish eye braclet and think of it as a shield, it REALLY helps.
trust me I KNOW!

Angel - My pet peeve is that I have literally saved a person's life (a few times when I count, more than two), and they look at me odd and try to pretend it didn't happen. I would at least like a thank-you. I live low key to feel this stuff. I don't mind. The ignoring part is fine. If we can't catalog things or explain them away, it can be scary. I understand that but how hard can a smile and thanks be?

I have had some things close to this. I will hear a song, or see something, that will remind me of a person... Then when I talk to them I find out, whatever it was that made me think of them was related to what they were doing at that time. Like pretty much everyone else said... Some people may get creeped out or mad about this... So be careful!

I'm a private person. Just because I can "tune" into someone, I don't want to hear them. Many, many years ago, I made it a point to not listen. I don't allow it with myself which maybe makes me a target, but still. I know some who try to psychically go there. Be careful. Not everyone is nice.

Denea - I have, a few times, just taken people to a sectional or whatever and told them the colors and it was what they wanted. Sometimes it happens. Perhaps it's chance. I work in a tiny store now so let them look around mostly. I don't expect a lot. But, probably I should expect more. Working on it. Still, I kind of feel what they want if we had it. Sometimes we do. I still manage to find what fits a lot. Keep reminding myself, it's not about money and adjusting to the smaller store deal.

This happens to me all the time. You are most definiately not the only one. I'll hear something in my head or start thinking about something and then the next second someone is saying exactly what I was thinking. I don't know I'm reading their mind until they actually say it though. I'm starting to get the hang of it. This is pretty weird but you are not alone.

I usually hear conversations between people who are nowhere near me (loved ones or people I've met).

That happens to me as well. Once I started to talk to this girl and look at her. When a word popped in my head "baby" and then I got a horrible feeling of sadness and upset. Then I got that it passed away. I got a vision of the baby and he was a boy. I got the gender, age and what happened. 2 hours later the girl told me about her baby passing away. I was so shocked. I didn't know anything about this I thought the information which came to me was wrong but it was actually true. Now and again these things happen to me just important things I guess.

Hi Flutter! Since the new job, have missed you so much. I barely have time to read. I work with all women except for two delivery guys and that's new for me honestly. Probably something I needed to learn. My store manager is even a female and I like her as a person. I think that's probably a good sign. The pay is below what I'm use to - that's a biggie of course. I do this all the time. People don't like it usually that you can do this about them. I did this in a store "The people in the store, reading there minds". I have one child he doesn't have to ask me anything I know what he is going to say. So he tells me to let him at least ask.

So I agree with hollinor people get jumpy about these kind of things.

I do sales - but with furniture. I have had visions of what my customers want and I've actually told them not to go there and lost sales. We measure then I have them measure and it won't fit. It's not a biggie. Saves problems in the long run and they can search other stores. Well, I think it's nice you picked up another's thoughts. That means you are trying. I try and fail but sometimes get it right. You just have to be easy in how you present it so you don't scare people.
