Over the years I've been feeling certain things around people that alter my mood, when someone is upset and I can't see it on there face but I can feel it as soon as I walk in the room. If someone is overwhelmed I can't even focus because I feel it even if there showing no signs of it, if I'm talking to someone I can tell when they think what I'm saying is dumb or don't believe me. I prefer to be alone away from people because these feelings affect my every day life. Going out into public is horrible when at a large store because of everything hitting me at once. Its really hard to explain this but over the years it has gotten a little better, I think I might be an empath but its really hard to tell and I don't want to just say hi I'm an empath to everyone because I really don't know. I also sense certain things around me. But that could just be paranoia because of events in my past. I would really like some advice or a way to tell if I really am an empathi would really like to be sure. It just feels like I read people quite easily not reading there minds or anything but feeling certain things during a subject. Of conversation or upon entering a room where a person presides in or even sometimes when I enter a room and no one is there. Its difficult to know I don't feel much of myself anymore just from others. I don't really know what else to write here my story rather question is short and sorta specific. Forgive me for just filling up the rest of this space I greatly apologize.

Prof Kelly I was just remembering this mental illness has a long history, psytzophrenia has been confused with demonic possession and also demonic possession has been confused with psy-big word, so how can we really tell the difference between a mental condition and extra sensory abilities or do they actually roll together

Prof Kelly, yeah I see what your sayin could be a mental disorder could not be, I'm can't say for sure but you obviously know what your talking about so I'll take your post as fact and thank you.

Sadly the way I developed a way to block things is more like a shutdown of consciousness if things get to overwhelm in like going in autopilot not really a shield per say but when I'm walking people say I seem overly focused

Always protect yourself. Do you feel spirit guides around you? Call to them, ask for their help. They can help protect you, as can your own powers of visualization. I suggest two things. First, work on this protective shield. I often suggest using the image of a huge rose quartz egg all around you with you safely inside. This egg filters out negativity and allows only love through. Second, selectively alter the egg. In your meditations with your guides, ask for their protection, but also to be their helper. In my morning meditation, I tell them, "put me where you need me". During the day, I nearly always find myself talking with someone who finds something I say extremely helpful. They help information I need to use to help the person get through the egg. And, keep a journal of your experiences so you can see patterns and learn different types of control. I hope this helps. Thanks so much for sharing.

i think I may be an empath (or something very similar) as well. You may very well be a empath. What I suggest is, don't bury these emotions, moods... If you do this information, code (as if a computer code) will eventually ether A) mold with you morphing your structure or B) rise up at the surface and manifest, cover part of you, the surface of you. Changing you however temporally. Both of these when the codes get removed, the codes have scaped, took of you that is hard to come off the codes. If one of these things happens, well I still would need to think about that. Ok now there are other ways you could sheild, but then when the sheild brakes your not only deal with the codes, the energy, the force of impact of the current, but of the past, it builds up. You could try to add a/a couple opposite charged magnet of what your sensitive to. But that's just it, I think that these energys all around, free to pick-up, just current people, minds can though, maybe just about everybody picks it up, just dosnt go into the brain function, to well feel it, regard it. Heres is well the problem with repelling, for starters it's well hard to keep steady just like everything else I wrote and two, by repelling your sending more codes to defet the other codes, so it could drain you or it can refresh you if you send some of the emotional baggage at a good rate with this repel, watch out for the ones that like to stick around or left an input on your mind. Doing this, onced practiced enough and again at a good rate could attrive you to send the codes into another, you may although need another ingredient for this to work, being morely pushed into the proper direction, into the proper funtains of the brain. Always remember where the energy wants to go and persuade it, work with it, not againt it. The third way would be like both of the others, imagine, imagine these energys to go in, let them go in, reconize and remember the ones that went though and allow it to easily go out on its natual force, never hold on to it, just let it go, let it be.
All these three things you should practice, imagine and see for your self. All these three things have something that can help, never just use one, try all. Now the previous two things are results of holding it, hiding it... I'll explain it all (plus more) sometime later
