This story is not about me it is about everyone here that needs help coping with their abilities from a range of spirits to psycoK to a sceptic of ghosts well I better get on with it

Well everyone should be live in ghosts orSpirits because who said "Energy can't be Created nor

Destroyed" so where does the energy go? To heaven or hell right but what happens when they fill up God puts more than one soul to create us so when we see our past life's we see the memories of the souls that create us and at least one of the would that are created us are from heaven or hell so we were both an angle and a demon in our past life's and that's why we have good and bad emotions

First of all we do not control the elements (instead of our fifth element) elemental spirits do and if you want to find out if you have earth,fire,water,air cup your hands together in a meditative state and ask what is you element

Fire=Heat

Water=Moist wet

Earth=Heavy

Air=A Breeze

But all of the ones listed you feel it in your hands and once you know meditate and work on it

Every ghost can be cast out rather by sage spells salt will or prayer but is it always good to cast them out can't we learn about them and help them move to the light and never fear them only love them it helps a lot and they were once human too

Never tell sceptics they are wrong they will only defend themselfs and make things worse only take them in little by little by little and show them and eventually they will understand
