I started wearing clear quartz crystals on my body, they are used by some reiki healers as the only stone some choose to work with. They amplify healing energies and clear the aura... I used to work with rose quartz, too... For love, can be soaked with rose petals in purified water for a rosewater solution... But always before you soak it be sure you soak any kind of quartz in sea salt water for a day then rinse in clean water, and put out in the noon sun for at least a couple hours to cleanse the quartz of the old energies and renew with the suns properties. I always feel renewed after working with clear quartz.

Laying down in a quiet room, place a quartz crystal on your root chakra, navel, stomach, heart, throat, third eye, top of head -being sure they have all prior had cleansing and sun recharging of course... With eyes closed imagine a plate of glass at the end of your feet suspended by invisible hands, then see the glass move through all your body parts starting at your feet, picking up any debris like a shovel, if you feel like there is lots of debris, come in with a second glass but keep the two glasses moving until you reach the top of your head, then place them in space and fling them out to oblivion. Rest, trust me, don't get up, rest there for about 20+ minutes, when you get out of bed, walk slowly... You will be lighter on your toes and feel etherically clean.

P.S. Some use lapis lazuli, over their 3rd eye for meditation, its mentioned in bible, but it never did anything for me. I also use bracelets at times like hematite for calming etc. I tried all kinds... But again the clear quartz crystal is the goodie. Do your research, there are quartz crystals positioned around the earth, large ones.

I know that generally many lean on a belief that the heart chairs is green, but each individual different activity. Therefore my suggestion is go to metaphysical store ask which stone or stones to use
By running your hand over, allow yourself to sense by feeling as well as be attracted to the stone.

A possible option may be Fluorite it comes in various colors. If you use your phone, or computer this can draw off electromagnetic smog. So this can be the first stone.

Once purchased, it should be cleaned the charged/set for use. Cleaned after use. Google for instructions.
