I had this one dream, but I'm not sure if it was through; I was laying in my bed, looking through my own eyes, instead of looking out like all my dreams. There was a woman, who wore white and resembled my mother, but at the same time, I knew it wasn't her. She seemed to glow without actually glowing. She told me to be careful with what I said and did, and gave me a kiss on my forehead.
Lately in my dreams, I'll stop, and say "I'm dreaming," then I'll wake up. I've never had that happen before, and I keep saying it. Is it a part of the dream, or am I doing this myself? When I was living in another house, my dreams were strange and blue tinted. In one I ran outside, the deck beneath me was wobbly and really tall, and the land around me was a swamp. There was people standing where there was land, and they were just staring at the sky, and not moving at all. I didn't know them, and I'm sure I never seen them before.
In another of my dreams I was driving down this winding road, and I was passing everything else, but when I starting passing a white church, I slowed down, and kept my gaze there until I no longer could.
When ever I close my eyes, I see things, like flashes of light, and other things. I asked one time to show me what they wanted me to see, and I saw a dragon, but I don't know why. When I asked though, my eyes started twitching. A few times, I see a flame like a candle, or something, but when I focus of it, it goes out, like someones blows of it.
Does anyone know what I can do to better understand this? What do I see? And why do I tell myself when I sleep that I'm dreaming?
