How Can I Develop My Ability?

I can manipulate energy, but only in people and electrical appliances. I wanted to know how to practice/develop my ability without hurting anyone or breaking anything. I try to practice but it only works for like a minute or two.Sometimes, it seems like my ability has a mind of its own. I've randomly given people headaches, caused computers to stop, and etc. I don't mean to do any of this. My friends one of my friends is a pyro while the other is a pyro. Three girls sitting at a lunch table throwing energy balls that can't be seen. We would look crazy.

We always try to get together but someones always busy. I just wanted someone to give me a little advice on how to control it. Its really bothering me.

I also have some questions:

.Could having three different abilities practice together a really bad thing?

.How can I see my psi ball (I can see the energy, but no color or anything)

.Is it normal to see energy?

.Is there another name for my ability

.Would you call me a: clairvoyance,clairaudience.etc.

.How could I use these abilities in a positive way?

.Am I electro kinetic?

This information would be very helpful to me. Also are their any tools or card I could use develop my ability. My two friends and I are also slightly telepathic. We communicate with each other. I was just wondering if this could have anything to do with my ability. I have checked so many websites about it but I just can't figure out why. I have so many question and hopefully this experience shows all of them.

yea I recs we do have the same thing. I would say yourz is probably a bit stronger than mine as I haven't done much of it latley for not finding a use for it. But ill do more from now on. I just did some then and I felt really mentally clear and. Freeing too. Let me know how you go with it so maybe we can try to help each other. You switched of your monitor? Cool, are you sure it wasn't sleep or suspend mode? That usually happens after a lil while. I spoke nice to my xbox the other night to get it working again lol

Its not emotion for me its just energy. I can move it and feel it and create it by will. Like you said I can see invisible energy but with no color. I can easily out of my hand, feet, and etc. When I do create it my hands either repel or attract one and other its really fun

for me its more likeI can give them accidently headaches and when people are upset or happy aroud me. Today, I turned off my computer after 5 minute of mediatating.

so you can see energy? I sorta have what you have I think. I can make this seemingly invisible energy flow around my hands and can manipulate it to an extent but not able to actually find a use for it. It makes my fingers tingle when I do it to, does yourz? When I say its invisible I can see it but not in any typical dimension or colour I recomend visiting some of the other peoples experiences too. Just what I'm about to do, there's just too many lol

possibly. That's up to you to decide. I can feel and influence people/things/situations and I can at times create powerful feelings of security and supperiority and virtually indesrtuctibility, I can also make others feel it, but it depends in their own influence in the situation too. But then again any person especially the ignorant ones can create and toy with energy and feel it/express it. And its given psychological and scientifical terms like emotions. But it is still energy output into the world and so could be concidered psychic. I feel mostly energy from people but also from the world and situations. Its a collective energy of everything around you and most people don't know its there or decides to deliberatley disrespect it. Sorta like being around someone who sais something hurtful to someone and the atmosphere changes but mostly for those people involved or empaths. I'm a fitness and health freak and people always always always have to try and come in contact with me and don't realise what powers their messing with. I struggle to not physically and psychically hurt then but usually do because that's how to wake up their empath abilities. Not the best way but for a person who has several people deliberatly going out of their way to get in my way and waste my time just to be noticed what do would you expext me to do yo a person who upon first introduction decides to already hinder my life.

nobody understands what YOU are going through except you. I think its silly that people on here seek definitions for things that litteraly can't and have not yet been explained its called the unknown for a reason, their not actuall magic words that will help you throw your energy ball like a supersayan. In every language the word will be different hence why you should come up with your own relevant wording for it. But its probably a form of telekenises.

i swear I can talk to some appliances at times too. Like believe it or not when I'm actually genuine in thought and feeling towards my appiences they work far better than when I'm ignorant of them. I mean its just like us but mechanical in nature and has electrical flow so is it so obsurd to say that they don't to some extent have their own control and feelings and thought process? My xbox jams all the time and its because I don't respect it so why should it help me. But when I actually take the time to appreciate it a lot its like its saticfied and works almost everytime. I can also predict when something is about to happen with software heaps like if I'm playing a game I get a feeling that I'm about to die for no obvious reason at the time and sure enough itl happen. Its like there's a devine power that I'm toying with at all times and if you respect it and try to listen you will be respected the same in return.
