I Can Read People

As of lately when I go out with friends and have a few drinks I've noticed I've begun to relax and "open up" and can read people. By read I mean I can see auras and things I don't know how to explain. An example would be that at a friends birthday party, a friend who has experienced my readings, got me to read a person that I have never met. I felt his pain to fit in and to find himself to figure out who he was, I then asked if he was adopted due to the pain he felt. He answered yes then began to cry. I've also "read" a person who had nothing but darkness around him and even pointed to a place on his chest where I saw a black ball centered there, he lifted his shirt only to reviel a skull with wings right where I pointed and said that's where he keeps his "demons". My friend also had me read himself and his roommate, and according to both I was spot on. I also saw ghosts throughout their home but they were attached to the antiques his roommate had collected, or so it seemed. This isn't the first time this has happened. I've had many experiences in the past with prophetic things and ghosts. This new ability or whatever it is frightens me to an extent. I don't know how to control it. I'm 26 and don't know what to do so if anyone has advice or knows how to control it please contact me since it seems not many believe me. I truly don't know what to think. Am I losing my mind? Is it the benign brain tumor? Do I truly have these physcic abilities? Like I said I clearly have a lot of questions and need help with this. If there is anyone in the Nebraska area that I could meet and talk to I'd greatly appreciate it.
