Someone Kissed Me

I need a bit of advice. I recently had an odd experience. I really don't know what to make of it. Advice is much appreciated.

About a week ago, I was laying in bed, in that state where you're half asleep, half awake. As I was laying there in my cozy bed, someone kissed me! Right smack on the lips. It jolted me awake. I remember sitting up and thinking, "What the heck was that?!" Needless to say, I was a bit shocked at what I had just experienced. Nothing like that has ever happened to me. It felt very real. I know I did not imagine it. I distinctly felt another pair of soft, warm lips on mine.

After it happened, I asked my guides to protect me better from anything like that. So far, I haven't been kissed again. If anybody knows why or how that happened, please let me know. I'm desperate. I'm not terrified at all over what happened, just a little confused and curious!

Could it possibly have been someone I know who was astral traveling? Or was it some creep on the other side who just decided it was a good idea to lean down and kiss me? This experience has definitely left me searching for answers. I shudder at the thought, but was it possibly one of my guides? I've told my guides on several occasions to please protect me from anything that might happen while I'm sleeping at night/morning. I'm very particular about sleeping. I hate it when I have experiences at night, or when I wake up from an experience, like this one. I feel like many things happen at night when I'm sleeping and vulnerable. Like I said before, advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

I had same experience, while I was sleeping I felt like someone kissed me and after I woke up. And also about two weeks ago I woke up during a night around 2 am in morning as I felt when someone touched me like trying to wake me up from my sleep. Can someone explain it to me?

planet prince why should truth and simple explanations be mutually exclusive? Are you familiar with Occam's razor? I stand by my original assertion that it would be healthiest for everyone not to blow this event out of proportion. Why create extra stress for yourself?

mmmm_cake I think aquarius246 wants truth and not just simple explanation. I'm trying to help aquarius246 and not trying to mislead.

planetprince, I really don't think it's a good idea to be encouraging this. As you can see from my prior comment, there really doesn't seem to be anything unusual going on here. Rather than complicating this situation further, I think the author would be happiest in the long run by following the simplest explanation. S/he can continue asking her guides for protection if that make him/her more comfortable, but there's no reason to start involving protection rituals. Aquarius246, just relax and go to sleep normally every night and you'll feel much better.

Hi aquarius246 if you don't want to give out your email it's okay I don't mind. Whoever it is that kissed you have no right to be kissing you. You were about to fall asleep and it took advantage of you. I believe you and I know you did not imagine it. You seem to know what you are doing by commanding your spirit guides to protect you, which is a good thing, you are advance! If you are still interested let me know I'll tell you:)

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's quite common to experience sensations just before falling asleep. Think about how often people complain that just as they're about to fall asleep, they suddenly feel like they're falling and are jolted awake. Additionally, I hate to blame the victim, but I can't help feeling like you may have a part in this. You say in your story that you're very particular about sleep, so I wonder if you're subconsciously trying not to fall asleep. Perhaps you just need to relax. If it helps you to think that there are guides watching over you, just trust them and go to sleep. Hope this helps!

Neither was I;D
I think they've been around us for so long without us knowing, they must feel like they've been a part of our lives forever.

hrk- First off, thank you for responding. 😊 I really hope it was a deceased loved one, but I wasn't close to any of my deceased relatives. 😐

A similar occurence happened to me several years ago... I was just about to drift off into sleep when I felt a warm hand running down my arm. I, too, jolted awake and was left quite shaken (as I was 9 and was fairly inexperienced in terms of paranormal activity). My mum, being a gifted herself, told me it was my great grand mother. So it could have very well been a deceased loved one just letting you know they're there.
