Future Wedding?

Any insights as to what I saw is greatly appreciated so please bear with me as you read this and hopefully I can understand by what I've seen through meditating.

I was in a room somewhere but unsure of where I was at first. My dad was standing beside me grinning like a madman. I look down that's when I realized that it's my wedding day and I'm the bride!

I was was wearing a gorgeous white gown with silver sequins and beads, flat white shoes that almost looked like ballet slippers, a blue sash around my wait, the veil was over my head and I was holding a bouquet of flowers.

My mom entered the room and told me that my brother wanted to take some pictures of me and my dad before I walked down the aisle. Now my brother's girlfriend had kicked him out of the house they were living in and they have a child a boy and a woman was holding him and he (my nephew) looked to be between the ages of 3 and 5 in my vision (he's 2 years old right now) not sure if the woman was a new girlfriend of my brother's or if he got back together with his old girlfriend... Hopefully its a new girlfriend.

My brother starts taking pictures and they leave the room along with my mom to take their seats. Then I'm in the back of the church and I could see my bridesmaids (2 of whom are cousins of mine) among them. They are wearing blue dresses and carrying smaller similar floral bouquets of my bouquet.

My dad and I link arms so he could walk me down the aisle and give me away. The organ starts to play as the bridal party starts to to walk down the aisle. Everyone stands up and turns to look and smile as I make my way down the aisle. My dad and I start to walk down the aisle and I could see people taking pictures with their cameras and camera phones. I looked around quickly and noticed the flowers and garlands decorating the church and then I noticed the groomsmen standing on the other side of the altar. I'm smiling happily as I get closer and start noticing the groom (my soon to be future husband) at the altar. Just as I got even more closer to the altar I distinctly heard the word "Philadelphia".

Now I'm not sure what this means as I'm not in any relationship right now and I don't think about weddings or romance on a daily basis but if you read my other stories it might give you an idea on I should go about this and what to make of the vision I saw.
