Can Someone Else Make You Lose Your Psychic Abilities?

I am 14, almost 15 this June. I was on the bus on the way home from school and was testing out my ability to see into another person's vision of eye sight, or at least I think I can, or I may just be letting my imagination go wild... As we pulled up to the next stop I was still channeling my mind at what the kid was viewing. So when the kid behind me got up, he had smashed his hand right onto my head. This kid was very strong and although using your hands to get up from a seat may not acquire much effort, this kid hit me so hard I had a headache for well over 4 hours after that.

But my main question is, while I was in that mindset and he hit me, will that alter my psychic ability or even affect it in future attempts? I didn't want to test my abilities again because of my headache and didn't want to make any final judgments until I was feeling back to normal. I'm not too advanced in the psychic abilities but I am at the beginning stages of mind reading and telekinesis.

So please help me, because I don't want my abilities to go away temporarily or even permanently. And if you can explain to me if what I think is correct or false, you can email me at Rankadank93 [at] aol [dot] com or simply comment this story.

Thanks so much for your time and I hope to hear from you.

It might be just phycological, not your abilities, that your abilities have just been lost within you own mind because you feel or truely think you've lost them. It's really hard to say, just focus on small minor things, such as a test grade or what homework you'll have. It's small, simple and harmless and after you've done this and you know your fine then go back to trying to see more complex things. Good luck!

I don't think someone can hurt your abilities by hitting your head... And if it was possible I'm sure I would have suffered from it by now. I usually meditate, or as my friends call it 'phase out', in the morning times and my friends can never snap me out of it just by waving their hands in front of my face or things of that sort. So they resort to throwing stuff at me and thumping/hitting me on the head on occasions. Lol... It'll give me a migrane and I'll feel kind of sore for a while but it really doesn't affect my powers. You're abilities should be fine

With love

we don't think that you will loose your abilities just because someone hit you. What you have is yours, and no one can take it away from you. Don't worry. Plus, what pinkbabe63 said is true, my friends and I get lots of headaches, but it's just part of the deal of being 'gifted'. So stop worrying and start practicing your abilities again, because I am possitive you are fine! We wish you luck, and may God be with you! 😉

Actually, if he only hit you he could not have affected your ability in any psychic sort of way. I am pretty sure there are some ways in which this could happen but I am not quite sure. You will probably have to wait a while before you can be compeltly sure though, I am not really advanced in that sort of subject. By the way, just asking, what exactly did you see?

If you want to make sure that this ability is real I suggest getting some of your friends to help you test it. As in, look into their vision and remember what you saw. Ask them what they saw and if they saw exactly what you saw that might help some on knowing if it is real or not.

If you need any help or what not email me at roger-s-r [at] hotmail.com.

I know that some of you attribute headaches to that, but you must be careful when assuming such things. Though most of you may get headaches here and there... But it doesn't affect your lifestyle... And if you get migranes daily you wouldn't scream at all because you would be accustomed to them, trust me... Or you would learn to wear sunglasses/goggles everywhere you go. Which I think everyone should wear anyways because the sun's rays are also harmful on the retina as well.

I get headaches but mostly minegrans if that is how you spell it lol. One time my mum made me walk into a light shop and all the lights were on I was nearly screaming so bright and painful.

I get a lot of headaches but I think that they are just part of being psychic!

Head ackes go along with psychic albilities for sure. I get them usually when I am dealing with an entity that is trying to drain my energy field. LIke with visions for me can do that. But for losing this ability from a bump on the head. I don't think that will happen.

Arama, I do understand what you're saying and I definitely agree, although when he hit me it wasn't intentional he had just got up and my head was right against the back of the seat and when he went to grab the seat he hit my head, I don't think that it was that he knew that I was in sync with his eye sight, I think it was just a mere accident. I only say this because he seemed to be oblivious to what I was doing, and when he hit me he apologized. I do agree with everything you said but I don't think that what happened here was the same case as you describe.

Vision I took can do that, that is mostly how I get into killers mind, but I do not have to physically see them to get into their 'eye sight'. Your question is a very good one, and the headaches come along with it as a price. You might not know but humans naturally have a 'wall of defense' that can weaken your energy and cause headaches and other issues. By seeing into people's visions you can run a lot at risk depending on the person. Now, luckily most people are too entangled in their own bubbles to really care. Ocassionaly you will get those that defend themselves, and usually you should leave them alone or know how to dissolve their walls.

On rare occasions you will get some that will actually fight back or can do the same thing as you. Note that you are never alone and that some people will not use others 'eye sight' just for viewing but for making them do things... Granted luckily again most people cannot do this.

Yes, bottom line is that you can be attacked, you need to know how to defend yourself and when to not cross lines with certain people, private space is valuable to everyone, remember that.

But also remember that some humans don't care about anything but themselves.

Sometimes just taking a break can build your immunity back up.

I don't think you are able to loose your ability completely by hurting your head. I think the only way you can loose it if you intentionally ask for it to go away. Free will. You could even increase your ability with injury. I have seen cases where people will get psychic ability after trauma or close to death encounter. If you were born with it then you are meant to have it. Maybe someone might loose the intensity for a brief time, but it will slowly come back. Sort of if you hurt yourself and your body will heal itself.
