The Power

I guess you could say this started a while back. Before I tell you my story, I'll give you a little background information. When I was younger, I was believed to of been a medium. Around the age of seven or so my abilities started to scare me and somehow I blocked them and I was unable to see energy vibes of souls. Currently I am a psychic, but have not seen souls since I was younger. Recently though, I have been hearing spirits around my room. A few weeks ago I heard a little boy go vroom, vroom, like a car noise and felt him touch me and I even saw his shadow. I've even had one spirit pull me out of the astral plane while sleeping. I'm used to hearing whispers in my heads but this was different. Ever since then, I have dreamed and heard something about The Power. Does anyone know what the power is? I'm not sure. All I know is that I hear about it all the time. I hear a ringing in my ear and then, in a faint whisper, I hear someone (sounds like a female) say the power the power... And it drifts off. I don't know what it means. Has anyone ever had an experience like this or know what this means? Is someone trying to send me a message? Ill admit I push voices and spirits away because I'm scared of seeing their true forms. But still. What is this and why is it coming to me. Some weird things have also happened since I heard this. First I made a light bulb drop down from my ceiling and onto the floor where it shattered, then I moved a shopping cart without touching it, and I also moved a water bottle by just staring at it and making it move where I wanted it to go. I don't know if this has anything to do with the power but I just thought that i'd put it out there. Please I really need some help! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? And mostly, does anyone know of the power?
