Seeing White Lights And Sparks

Since December I have experienced a variety of 'unexplained' happenings and I wonder if anyone can shed a light on any of it.

Some of the things that I have experienced include the following:

When I meditate I often experience great surges of energy through my body

When I meditate my arms will sometimes lift up and move around above my head of their own accord

A couple of times when I have been lying quietly in bed I have seen flashes of light coming into my body combined with a jolt of energy. Another time my hands appeared to glow with light

For the last three months I have seen bright white lights every night in my bedroom when the room is pitch dark. I have also seen them downstairs in the sitting room. There are hundreds of them, floating about all over the place. I also see coloured sparks, red, blue, green, white. Plus what I can only describe as little waves of energy spinning about in the room. Sometimes there are so many things floating around that I can't see the light fittings. Sometimes I sit up and watch them and can see little faces or completely random objects - I have seen plants, nuts and bolts and even a set of false teeth! Last week I was watching one little white light and a human eye formed and then gradually a whole life size man's head appeared. If I close my eyes when this is going on then I can often see in my head the most amazing kaleidoscope patterns with brilliant colours, or sometimes I see video clips of moving images, always involving people and usually people talking. More recently I have seen as a video clip what I think has been the moment someone has passed over. For example, one instance was that I saw in my mind's eye a woman running frantically, screaming and shouting and then I saw her face down with bubbles coming from her mouth - she had drowned. Another time it was a young man slumped in front of a shop window, he had been shot by someone who had jumped out of a car with a gun.

I have also heard a few voices, although they have taken me completely by surprise and I have not been able to work out what has been said.

None of the experiences have felt threatening in any way. In fact I talk to the lights and sparks in the hope that I will get something back from them to tell me what their purpose is or what they are expecting of me.

It might be worth pointing out that when I was a young teenager I was able to pick winners of horse races - I used to read the list of runners in my dad's newspaper and then I would get a feeling about which one would win. When I was in my twenties I spun round in my car to end up facing the wrong way and in the path of an articulated lorry - it was torrential rain at the time and I remember thinking OK, I am going to die now only to open my eyes to find the lorry had miraculously managed to stop without any screeching of tyres. Still not sure how that happened.

About ten years ago I experienced flashing images of something I 'knew' was nasty. It was like a pulsating ulcer, like a picture out of a medical book. I saw this image several times and phoned home one day to find out that my dad had cancer - I felt sure that what I had seen had been a warning of his condition.

I lost three members of my family tragically six years ago and since then have experienced 'smells' which I associated with one of the people I had lost.

So that is a brief but accurate account of what has been happening to me. If anyone can shed any light on it I would be really grateful to them. Thank you.
