I touched a little on this in my last story and I've been reading around and thought you guys might be able to help me & figure this out. I'm going to talk about 3 different experiences today, if you get kind of confused you can read my last story, which might help explain things.
1) I started having nightmares & hearing things. I was seeing, hearing and dreaming about 2 things at this time. Ill start from the beginning. First I was hearing footsteps, and heard a girl call my name. Then I started having nightmares, in these nightmares first I was just watching random people dying. They were very dark dreams, they scared me. Then it was I saw this dark shadowy figure killing my best friend when he was visiting home. I got worried because it was a situation & setting that we would be in later that month. I had this dream repeated time, but the figure was killing him in different way & every time. I tried to stop him but I couldn't. I also sensed a really dark presence sometimes. In this time I saw a girl, she was blonde, around 16 or 17. I believe she was trying to help me, because she didn't scare me at all. In the next dream where the figure was going to kill my friend I heard the girl behind me, and she was talking me through how to save him & in the dream I did. Now let's talk about the visions, first it was the shadowy figure, then it was this freestanding brown door, a house, a grave, a gravestone, a girl drowning. I drew the door & the house in my sketchbook & every night I think the girl was moving stuff off my sketchbook, until I got rid of it. So I talked to my friend that was in the dream & we changed the situation so he would never end up where he was when the dream happened. He's fine now by the way. Also I didn't know I was psychic at this time. Also another dream I had the girl was talking to me she wanted me to get rid off the dark figure, but I didn't know how. One day after my friend left & went back to Texas I was crying and scared about all of this & the girl left, I came back to the house & I just didn't feel her there. But I still felt that the shadowy figure was there which scared me. I think the girl left cause the situation was over & everyone was ok. But eventually the shadow figure left too & when it left, the scary visions stopped & so did the nightmares.
2) On valentines day this year I woke up with dry blood on my left hand. Still to this day I'm baffled by how this happened. I didn't have a nose bleed, no cuts on my hand & no blood anywhere else, not on my sheets, pillow, nothing. Any ideas?
3) my mom was in the laundry room folding stuff and I was walking my the doorway she was probably 3ft from me & I felt like I was walking through an energy field or something for a brief moment I felt like I was suffocating. It was so weird.
Also I was at work one day, I work in a take out place. I was on the phone taking an order & I saw a man sitting at one of the tables staring at me, I thought he was just a customer waiting for his food. I got off the phone, looked up and no one was there.

Also, a few years ago I woke up with red marks on my hands. No idea what caused it. Then a few days later I visited my aunt in the hospital who was in a terminal state. She had red marks over her hands and arms & the doctors had no idea what that was. I was feeling a very strong connection to her & I believe I got the marks because she had them. Empaths can get experiences of the sort.
It's hard to say if the girl was moving the stuff from your sketchbook or if it was the other entity. It's good that you followed your gut and threw it. Guardian angels can appear as normal people in every day life, but they don't engage you unless there's a reason for it.
