Seeing Transparent And Shadow Figure

A couple of days ago, I was sleeping in my bed and out of the blue, my kitten woke me up only to hide between my blanket and under my neck. I then noticed a dark figure standing towards the end of my bed. It was standing against the wall. I tried to get a good look at it but then it disappeared. I could say it was about 6 ft tall and dark. I could not see any physical aspects of it. No clothes, no face, no body... Just a shadow like figure. I did perceive it was a male though and for some strange reason I was not scared. I was just curious to know what or who it was. Many thoughts ran though my mind at the time but then I checked my phone for the time and it was about 3 am. I stayed awake for 20 more minutes to see if it would come back but it didn't. I always feel something watching me throughout the day especially at night but it is not negative. I think I can make it out at times and it is transparent. After a couple of days of the seeing the shadow in my room, I was taking a nap on the couch during the day. I opened my eyes halfway still sleepy. I wasn't wearing glasses and I saw that dark shadow again. This time though I could make out a tall man with long blonde hair and a dark colored uniform. I closed my eyes again thinking it must have been a dream and opened them again and he was gone. It has been about a week after all this happened. He never came back, I do not even know if he is still here. My thoughts are he might be cloaking his energy since I can perceive it. I just want to know who he is and what he is here for.
